The Bare Perspective is an adult entertainment agency in Australia.

This website may contain sexually explicit material that may be offensive to some; please leave if you find our material offensive. To view this website or book services through the bare perspective, you must be 18 or over.

Please note that because of last-minute schedule changes, unforeseen circumstances, or illness, when booking one of our performers, it is preference only. The Bare Perspective cannot 100% guarantee that the selected performer will be the performer on the night.

If there is a change of performer due to unforeseen circumstances, The Bare Perspective will inform you of the change and find a suitable replacement for you right away.

GUIDELINES TO BE ADHERED TO:

1. The Bare Perspective requires a deposit to confirm the booking. The booking and chosen girls are only guaranteed once a deposit is paid.
2. All guests must be 18+ to book any services/entertainment or be present at any function with waitresses/performers present. If a guest seems underage, the performers can request proof of ID. If an underage is present, they must leave or risk the entertainment leaving.
3. For health and safety reasons, a safe and clean area must be provided for our waitresses/performers to do their show/shift. You must also provide a safe place for their belongings during their shift. Outside is acceptable if unavoidable and location details have been provided prior, e.g., Campsite in Echuca.
4. The waitresses/performers mustbe paid on arrival within the first 5-10 minutes to ensure they are on the floor on time. Failure to pay the girls effectively will cut into the booking time, and refusal to pay the girls on arrival will result in the booked entertainers leaving. Girls do not accept payment after the booking is complete.
5. The use of phones and video is strictlyprohibited during any show or waitressing shift. Permission must be granted by the performer/waitress if a guest does request a photo/video, which can only be done when consent is given. If the performer declines, you mustrespect their privacy. Failure to respect their decision may result in the performers leaving the booking.
6. Guests should not touch performers/waitresses inappropriately at any stage. Some performers may allow guided touching during their show and lap dances and will provide guidelines and consent before their performance. The patron must follow these guidelines and only touch the area the performer has allowed. Failure to do so will result in the waitresses/performers leaving the booking.
7. Our waitresses/performers do notoffer full service. Upgrades include lap dances and party tricks; therefore, requesting escort services and extras is unacceptable. Failure to respect our girls and attempting to pressure them into providing additional services may result in the waitresses/performers leaving.
8. We do not offer mixed jobs through the agency nor accept escorts being present at the same time as our waitresses/entertainers. Mixing two types of services can make our waitresses/performers feel uncomfortable and pressured by guests to provide the same services as the escorts. If escorts are present, this may result in our waitresses/performers leaving the booking.
9. Guests must treat waitresses/performers with respect at all times. Yelling profanities, disrespect, throwing items/glass, or physical/verbal abuse towards any girls will not be tolerated. Under these circumstances, girls willleave the booking to ensure their safety.
10. For larger bookings, we have a 1:10 ratio that we implement as a safety precaution. For larger bookings, you must book 1 girl to 10 guys as a general rule for booking through the bare perspective.
11. Waitresses/performers have the right to say no to additional requests that are not required to be performed under their role.
12. You must provide the accurate number of people attending the event so we can provide the correct number of waitresses for the number of attendees. If you have given us misleading numbers that put our waitresses/performers at risk, they can leave the booking.
13. Accurate locations must be provided and drop pins when necessary if your event location may be difficult for our performers to find. If you know your location is difficult to find, you must update the agent to avoid any issues with arrival.
14. Please consider the type of venue in the colder months and provide heating to ensure the girls are comfortable. Please state that it will be an outdoor location for campsites and other outdoor sites before booking waitresses/performers, and ensure you provide heating.
15. When the terms and conditions are broken, the waitresses/performers can leave the booking without a refund.

Performer/s cancellations or no-shows:

1. In the event of a no-show, the bare perspective will work hard to get a suitable replacement asap; if we cannot provide a replacement, we will organise a refund under these circumstances.
2. Late arrivals happen, which can be out of our control. We always ask that the waitresses/performers running late make up the time unless stated otherwise by you. If the time isn’t completed in full, you can request a part payment back; however, if the booking is cut short on your terms, no refund can be provided.  

By booking a waitress or performer through The Bare Perspective, you, the customer, agree to the following terms and conditions stated above. The booker is responsible for informing all your guests of the guidelines.

The Bare Perspective is a booking agent, and waitresses/performers are independent contractors. The Bare perspective accepts no liability or responsibility for any contractor’s actions during a booking. The contractor is responsible for their liability insurance and professional indemnity to cover any liability at a booking.

Refund Policy:

No refund will be given if you fail to comply with the above terms and conditions.

If you decide to cancel your booking with The Bare Perspective, no refund will be given under any circumstances
